Hummingbirds are amazing little beauties

Hovering, flying backwards, sideways, diving and swooping back up

Finally sitting for a peaceful respite as if knowing that I'm trying to take your picture..

For a moment no more flight finesse for a spot at the feeder with the wasp, the spider,and your fellow hummers

One wonders what you see as you gaze calmly at your surroundings

To every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose

We look with anticipation for you each spring...

Miss your antics and acrobatic flights of fancy when you leave in the fall...."
